Center Coordinator

Best Brains Learning Center is a leading academic enrichment program serving students ages 3–14 in Math, English, Abacus, Coding, and other enrichment programs designed to build confidence, critical thinking, and academic success.
We are seeking a motivated, organized, and dependable Center Coordinator to help deliver an exceptional experience for our students and families while supporting the continued growth and success of our learning center.
Who This Role Is For
The ideal candidate is a proactive team player who takes pride in providing outstanding customer service, maintaining an organized center, and fostering a positive, welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
The successful candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with parents. They are eager to learn, take ownership of responsibilities, and contribute to the growth and success of the center.
You will serve as the face of the center, supporting daily operations, parent communication, student success, and enrollment efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming, professional environment
- Communicate professionally with parents in person, by phone, text, and email
- Conduct center tours and assist families through the enrollment process
- Follow up with prospective families and maintain lead records
- Support enrollment, scheduling, attendance tracking, and student records
- Assist with classroom operations, grading and instructional support as needed
- Maintain organization of center materials, supplies, and daily workflows
- Support community outreach, special events, and center promotions
- Ensure a positive experience for students, parents, and staff
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, education, childcare, tutoring, administration, retail, or a similar customer-facing role
- Sales, enrollment, or customer service experience is highly desirable
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional, positive, and dependable attitude
- Comfortable working with children in an educational environment
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and office technology
- Reliable transportation and ability to work on Saturdays.
This Role Is Not For Someone Who
- Requires constant supervision or direction
- Struggles with organization, follow-through, or multitasking
- Is uncomfortable interacting with parents or leading conversations
- Prefers a low-responsibility or passive role
- Is uncomfortable working in a growing and evolving business environment
Schedule & Availability
Candidates should be available during the following business hours:
- Tuesday: 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM
- Thursday: 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Please note that weekly hours may vary based on enrollment, operational needs, training, and special events.
Compensation
Starting Pay: $15 per hour
