Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and evaluation of social service programs tailored to meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Supervise and mentor social work staff, ensuring they deliver compassionate, effective support aligned with best practices.
- Develop and manage program budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure compliance with funding requirements and organizational policies.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, families, community agencies, and healthcare providers to facilitate holistic care and resource sharing.
- Oversee administrative functions including documentation, reporting, and maintaining accurate client records in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Drive program development initiatives to expand services, improve quality outcomes, and incorporate innovative approaches such as behavioral health interventions.
- Ensure adherence to all legal and ethical standards related to social services, including confidentiality and client rights.
Experience
- Proven management experience leading social service programs or teams within a healthcare or community-based setting.
- Extensive background in working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs.
- Demonstrated success in program development, implementation, and evaluation to enhance service delivery.
- Strong relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Prior experience in budgeting, administrative oversight, and compliance within social services or related fields.
- Supervisory experience supervising staff members in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of social work principles combined with practical expertise in program management and behavioral health strategies.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
