Customer Experience & Sales Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused, sales-driven team member to join our Milford location.
This role is primarily focused on front-of-house sales, customer experience, revenue growth, and operational accuracy. You will help customers understand their repair options, recommend appropriate services and protection solutions, and make sure each interaction is handled professionally from check-in through pickup.
The position also includes structured technical training to support long-term growth into diagnostic, repair, hybrid, or management responsibilities.
This is a strong fit for someone who wants more than a standard retail job and is motivated to increase their earnings through high-level sales performance.
What You’ll Be Doing (Primary Focus)
- Drive store revenue through confident quoting, upsells, and service recommendations
- Deliver an exceptional front-of-house customer experience from intake through pickup
- Accurately create, manage, and close work orders in the point-of-sale system
- Educate customers on repair options, warranties, protection plans, and available services
- Support daily store operations, including customer check-ins, queue management, and end-of-day procedures
- Maintain sales integrity through accurate pricing, clear expectations, and proper documentation
- Work closely with technicians to communicate repair status, timelines, and customer needs
- Provide scheduled support at other West District locations as needed
Technical Training & Support Expectations
While sales and customer experience are the primary responsibilities, this role includes structured technical training.
You will be expected to:
- Learn common device failures and repair workflows
- Assist with basic diagnostics and device triage
- Build technical knowledge that supports stronger customer recommendations
- Support technicians and store operations during high-volume periods
- Prepare for future growth into hybrid, technical, or management responsibilities
You are not expected to be a technician on day one, but you are expected to actively participate in technical training and build technical understanding over time.

Ability to Commute
Milford, MA or other West District locations, including Natick, Northborough, and Hudson, as needed (Required)
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
