Job Title: Land Surveyor (One-Person Crew)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Land Surveyor to operate as a one-person crew. This role involves performing a variety of survey types, including Boundary Surveys, ALTA surveys, and Topographic Surveys, while managing projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research, fieldwork, and final drafting for survey projects
- Perform Boundary, ALTA, and Topographic Surveys
- Operate Trimble equipment in the field
- Prepare and complete survey drawings using CAD software
- Manage projects independently with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in land surveying
- Ability to complete projects from research through final drafting
- Proficiency with Trimble equipment and CAD software
- Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Work Schedule & Benefits:
