The right candidate may grow in to a sales leadership position in 2-4 years, leading from the front while closing deals and building a high-performance sales team.

We're looking for someone that is capable of learning a new sales system and executing on the system with demonstrated willingness to learn. What You’ll Do:
- Sell directly to homeowners – Lead by example and be the top producer
- Execute a proven sales system – No guesswork, just results. Training and coaching provided.
- Earn commissions on your sales through first appointment closing
