What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.

Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and shipping documentation, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas, docks, yards, and other operational spaces.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and communicating with site contacts as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the building perimeter, parking areas, trailer yards, and access points, with working environments and conditions varying by location.

Maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and delivery records, report unusual activity, and support day-to-day security-related operations tied to high-volume distribution activity.
Minimum Requirements:

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
