As an AT&T Sales Associate, you step into the heart of the community as a representative of the biggest telecommunications client. Conversations with residents allow you to tailor every interaction and deliver the clear message that AT&T Fiber is here to stay.
Responsibilities of the AT&T Sales Associate
- Arrive prepared to listen to customers and guide them toward AT&T Fiber solutions that solve real connectivity issues and connect with their needs.
- Break down AT&T Fiber plans into simple, clear comparisons during in‑home conversations to support confident decisions.
- Support new customers through enrollment by explaining terms plainly and confirming they understand how Fiber improves daily use.
- Recommend additional AT&T Fiber services that elevate the household experience.
- Coordinate with fellow reps and installation teams to ensure every activation feels seamless and customer‑ready.
Qualifications of the AT&T Sales Associate
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in sales and customer support is helpful but not mandatory.
- Comfortable managing multiple customer interactions while maintaining professionalism.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and eager to contribute to team-based sales goals.
Pay: $850.00 - $1,300.00 per week
