Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Enrollment Agent
- Connect in person with our customers to assess their current connectivity challenges and recommend Kinetic Fiber as the better solution.
- Conduct clear and compelling conversations that showcase the speed, reliability, and consistency of Kinetic Fiber internet.
- Help customers with the enrollment process of Kinetic fiber and troubleshoot any problems.
- Support the sales process by accurately handling paperwork and enrollment details for new Kinetic Fiber customers.
- Monitor sales progress and customer feedback to continuously improve results with Kinetic Fiber services.
Qualifications of an Entry Level Sales Enrollment Agent
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
