What We Expect:
- Motivated, friendly, coachable, and punctual individuals.
- Receive training in customer service, inbound/outbound sales, and agronomics.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls year-round—no cold calling required.
Technical Requirements:
- No MacBooks and No Chromebooks (Programs we use don't work with MacBooks)
- Processor needs to be ~2Ghz (4 core - 4 thread)
- 8GB RAM (16GB Preferred)
- Internet must be fiber/cable based, NO Starlink, T-Mobile, AT&T Wirless, personal hotspot, etc.
Job Details:
- Type: Full-time
- Compensation: $14/hour, commission, and quarterly bonus (UNCAPPED)
- 1 year of sales experience (preferred)
- 1 year of telemarketing experience (preferred)
- Make outbound calls to warm leads
- No cold calling – all leads provided
- Introduce customers to our programs & services
- Paid training to help you succeed
- Consistent Monday–Friday schedule (some Saturday overtime during spring)

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
