Office Manager / Customer Service Representative
Local printing company in Chadds Ford, PA is looking for a motivated and dependable Office Manager / Customer Service Representative to join our team. Join the largest printing franchise in the world while working for a locally owned business with opportunities to grow.
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with customers, preparing quotations, managing projects, and supporting day-to-day shop operations. Experience in the printing, graphic design, sign, marketing, or related industry is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails.
- Assist walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare estimates, quotations, invoices, and process customer orders.
- Manage customer projects from order entry through completion and delivery.
- Write clear, professional business emails to customers, vendors, and suppliers.
- Assist with maintaining the Work-In-Progress (WIP) board.
- Coordinate with production staff to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain organized records, files, and office systems.
- Present the company in a positive, professional, and supportive manner.
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and time management skills are a must.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable using computers, email, and office software.
- Experience preparing estimates, quotations, invoices, and customer orders is preferred.
- Previous experience in a print shop, sign shop, print brokerage, graphic design, or related industry is preferred.
- Basic understanding of print production, PDF files, and job specifications is a plus.
- Experience with Konica Minolta, Xerox, Fiery Command Workstation, or other digital production equipment is a plus.
- Must be a team player and willing to assist in multiple areas of the business.
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to consistently commute to the workplace.
- Must have an upbeat attitude and enjoy working with customers and team members.
- Must be ready and willing to learn.
- Training will be provided, but we are looking for someone who is committed to the position, dependable, and interested in becoming a long-term member of our team.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
