Job Description:
- Ensure customer's receive quality service
- Drive the sale of technician's time to meet the department sales forecast
- Prioritize required services
- Keep customer's informed on completion times, service expenses, and any possible changes
- Greet and consult customers upon arrival
- Perform a thorough vehicle walk around and inspection
- Sell and upsell services
- Field all live service calls
Take ownership of the customer's experience

Experience in customer service
- Computer proficiency
- Professional appearance
- Valid driver's license
- Communication skills and ability to resolve customer concerns and question
- Some Saturdays
Ability to lift up to 100lbs
