Alpine House Assisted Living is seeking a Nurse Manager for our building. Responsibilities include:
Supervision of of Nursing Staff. Ensures quality and safe delivery of assisted living facility services. Participates in development and implementation of resident plans of care per ALF and company policy and procedures. Resident clinical records are documented per ALF policy and procedure. Identified resident needs are communicated to the Facility Manager. Observations of resident condition are accurately reported to Facility Manager/ Registered Nurse and/or Administrator/DCS.
