Customer Service Representative

Jones Networking is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a growing international manufacturing company in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of customer service or sales support experience, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- Provide day-to-day sales support to Regional Sales Managers and customers throughout the sales cycle
- Prepare and process customer quotations, including lead times, delivery terms, and payment information
- Enter and process customer purchase orders accurately within the ERP system
- Review factory order confirmations and communicate order status and updates to customers
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding inventory availability, shipping, and order fulfillment
- Assist with product return authorizations (RMA) and customer claims
- Maintain accurate documentation within the company's document management system
- Prepare and distribute sales reports to support regional sales initiatives
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while providing timely and professional service
- Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as needed
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service, sales support, order management, or inside sales experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Experience working with ERP systems is preferred
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset

Pay: $41,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
