No property management experience? No problem! We provide paid, hands-on training and mentorship for candidates with excellent customer service skills who are eager to build a long-term career.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in hospitality, retail, banking, medical offices, customer service, or administrative support who are looking for stability, growth, and advancement.
What You'll Do
- Welcome prospective and current residents with exceptional customer service.
- Conduct apartment tours and answer leasing questions.
- Assist with leasing, applications, move-ins, and lease renewals.
- Follow up with prospective residents and maintain leasing traffic.
- Build positive relationships with residents and help resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain organized files, leasing documents, and office records.
- Perform regular property walks to support cleanliness, curb appeal, and community standards.
- Partner with Community Managers and maintenance teams to provide an outstanding resident experience.
- Travel between Reno-area communities as business needs require.

- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel between Reno-area communities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required.
- Property management or leasing experience is helpful but not required—we'll train the right person.
- Spanish bilingual is strongly preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
