Canterbury of Twinsburg is currently hiring a part-time Ambulette Driver!
We are looking for a skilled driver with a good driving record to join our team!!
Responsibilities:
- Transport patients, who are usually elderly or disabled, to their medical appointments in a safe and timely manner.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments with medical facilities and offices.
- Inspect the vehicle before each shift and report any needed service or repairs.
- Check the first aid and medical supplies inventory levels before each shift and ensure the vehicle is well-stocked.
- Maintain daily driving log with patients' names and addresses, travel times, mileage, and service performed.
Essential Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Safe driving record
- Ability to transport physically impaired, including persons in wheelchairs.
- Interpersonal skills necessary to work with residents and office staff.
- Ambulette experience preferred
