Eclipse California OC is seeking a Telecom Enrollment Representative to represent AT&T Fiber Internet and Wireless services through face-to-face customer interactions. In this role, you will meet with prospective customers at retail locations and community events, educate them on AT&T’s high-speed Fiber Internet, wireless phone plans, devices, and current promotions, and guide them through the enrollment process from start to finish.
This is a customer-facing sales opportunity for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and helping customers choose telecommunications services that fit their everyday needs. What You'll Be Doing as a Telecom Enrollment Representative
- Represent AT&T by promoting Fiber Internet, wireless phone plans, mobile devices, and related telecommunications services.
- Guide customers through the enrollment process from initial conversation to completion
- Clearly explain product features, pricing, promotional offers, and service benefits in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Verify enrollment details and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately
- Build positive relationships through professional and personalized customer interactions
- Address customer questions and concerns while providing helpful solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and enrollment activity
What We're Looking For the Telecom Enrollment Representative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport
- Friendly, professional, and solutions-oriented approach to customer interactions
- Comfortable engaging with a diverse range of individuals in face-to-face environments
- Strong time management skills with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to learn new information quickly and apply it effectively
- Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in customer service, direct sales sales, hospitality, or retail is helpful but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
