Job Description
We are accepting applications for an Experienced Commercial Plumbers. We are looking for professionals with the right combination of desire, knowledge, experience and good work ethic who takes pride in their workmanship. Applicants must be dependable, have a valid driver's license, pass drug and background tests. Our company maintains an excellent reputation in the Coachella Valley and have been in the plumbing business serving the valley for over 25 years.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Must have commercial plumbing experience
- Must have 6-story building experience
- Responsible for installation, maintenance and repair of Commercial Plumbing Systems, utilizing tools, skills, knowledge to complete scope of work described in bid or option chosen by commercial customers
- Ability to provide quality workmanship
- Uses a variety of hand tools, following blueprints, piping schemes or engineering specifications
- Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials and coordinating on-site work, as necessary.
- Documents work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files.Keeps current all manufacturers products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair.
- Assemble, install or repair pipes, fixtures, water or drainage systems according to specifications or plumbing codes.
- Reads blueprints, drawings to determine plumbing, water and drain systems.
- Works in cooperation with Commercial Team, other trades and sub contractors to ensure specifications of job are met and completed.
- Communicate options and recommendations to our Commercial Customers
- Gathers information to submit proposals and options for Commercial Customers
Qualifications and Skills
- Able to lift 70lbs
- 5 years plumbing experience required
- Must be able to keep a clean and professional appearance
- Must be able to work well independently and/or in a team setting
- Proficient in modern technology (iPhone, iPad, email,etc.)
- Excellent communication skills are necessary
- Should be ambitious, and willing to pursue ongoing training and licensing requirements
- Passion for 100% customer satisfaction through unparalleled customer service
- Must pass a pre-employment drug, physical, and background check
- Must have a clean driving/motor vehicle record
