About the Role:
As a Direct Support Professional at Right at Home Cleveland West, you will be responsible for providing a range of services, including:
Companion care: engaging with clients through conversations, games, and activities to promote socialization and emotional well-being
Light housekeeping: maintaining a safe and clean living environment for our clients
Meal prep: assisting with meal planning, preparation, and cleanup to support clients' dietary needs
Personal care services: providing assistance with bathing, dressing, and other daily living activities
Responsibilities:
Provide personalized care and support to clients in their home settings
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and other care providers
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Manage client medication schedules and provide medication reminders
Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
