We are a growing consumer finance company seeking a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Assistant Manager or Branch Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career with a stable and expanding company.
We are currently hiring for our Oklahoma City location. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply, but bilingual ability is not required. Previous experience in collections or consumer finance is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone.
- Process loan applications and verify applicant information.
- Make collection and follow-up calls while maintaining professionalism.
- Accept customer payments in person and by phone.
- Balance cash drawer and prepare daily bank deposits.
- Promote company products and services to new and existing customers.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Assist with office organization and daily branch operations.
- Work as part of a team to achieve branch goals and provide an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Collection or consumer finance experience is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, dependable, and goal-oriented.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
