Part-Time | 1099 Independent Contractor | Hybrid | Georgia
Overview
CCW BH Services is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our growing boutique psychiatry practice as a 1099 independent contractor.
We provide relationship-centered, evidence-based psychiatric care focused on thoughtful medication management, diagnostic clarity, and individualized treatment. This is a part-time, build-to-caseload opportunity with the potential to expand as patient demand and referral partnerships grow.
This is a hybrid position, requiring both telehealth and in-person appointments. Candidates must live within reasonable proximity to our Georgia office and be available for at least two consistent clinical days per week.
New graduate PMHNPs are welcome to apply.
Appointment Structure
- Initial psychiatric evaluations: 60 minutes
- Medication management follow-ups: 30 minutes
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
- Provide ongoing psychiatric medication management.
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Prescribe, monitor, and adjust psychiatric medications.
- Monitor treatment response, side effects, safety concerns, and medication adherence.
- Incorporate brief supportive/therapeutic interventions when appropriate.
- Coordinate care with therapists, primary care providers, pharmacies, and other members of the treatment team.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Provide both telehealth and in-person psychiatric services.
- Follow practice policies, prescribing standards, and clinical workflows.
- Participate in periodic clinical and operational meetings as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Active and unrestricted Georgia APRN license.
- Current PMHNP-BC certification.
- Active DEA registration.
- Current collaborating physician agreement or ability and willingness to obtain one before providing clinical services.
- Current professional liability/malpractice insurance.
- Ability to provide both in-person and telehealth services.
- Strong psychiatric assessment and medication-management skills.
- Dependable, professional, and responsive with timely documentation.
- Comfortable practicing independently while collaborating appropriately with the practice team.
- Able to maintain at least two consistent clinical days per week.
- Prior outpatient psychiatric experience preferred but not required.

Pay: From $60.00 per hour
