About the Role
As a Composite Fabrication Specialist, you will play a vital role in the production of high-performance aerospace components by executing precise layup and assembly processes. Your expertise in material handling and structural bonding will directly contribute to the integrity and innovation of our advanced manufacturing projects.
Responsibilities-
Execute complex composite layup procedures by accurately placing materials according to rigorous engineering specifications.

Utilize vacuum bagging techniques and secondary bonding with resins to ensure structural component durability.

Perform meticulous trimming, cutting, and drilling of parts to meet exact dimensional tolerances.

Manage the setup of specialized jigs, fixtures, and molds to optimize production workflows.

Maintain a high standard of quality assurance by inspecting assemblies for defects and verifying compliance with technical drawings.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine fabrication processes and enhance overall manufacturing efficiency.

Handle industrial adhesives and composite materials safely while maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant workspace.

Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting complex blueprints, technical schematics, and assembly instructions.

Solid understanding of composite material properties, resin systems, and structural adhesives.

Advanced manual dexterity and experience operating hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent professional experience.

Ability to work effectively in a production environment requiring the consistent use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Formal technical or vocational certification in composite technology or aerospace manufacturing.
