Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Hotel Breakfast Attendant and Evening Cafe'/Bar Attendant to join our team and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. As a Hotel Breakfast Attendant and Evening Cafe'/Bar Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient service and friendly interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly as they approach the Café and assist them with their orders
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register and POS system
- Prepare and restock breakfast items for the hotel guests
- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage items, following food safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café/bar area and guest dining area
- Assist in restocking inventory and monitoring supplies
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a restaurant, grocery store, or quick-service fast food restaurant is preferred, but not needed.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Proficiency in using a cash register and POS system
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Ability to handle food with care and maintain cleanliness standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a team environment
-Assistance in obtaining Food Handlers Card and Alcohol Servers License will be provided.
