Go Logistics is a privately held company under the Beacon Fisheries Group that delivers seafood to our southeastern US customers. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Commercial Driver's License A Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety and efficiency while transporting goods across various routes. This role requires proficiency in operating refrigerated trailers. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies. You will be paid by the route and will be eligible for quarterly bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight securely and efficiently.
- Navigate assigned routes safely while maintaining compliance with all traffic laws.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and operational readiness.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents that occur during transport.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding route changes or delays.
- Ensure proper handling of refrigerated trailers to maintain product integrity during transport.
- Assist in freight handling using forklifts or other equipment as necessary.
Requirements
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A is required.
- Minimum 2 years Experience
- Current DOT Physical
- At least 21 Years of Age
- No accidents in last 3 years
- Proven experience in truck driving with a strong understanding of route driving and delivery processes.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in commercial driving.
- Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 pounds) as needed during loading and unloading processes.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
