Walk into 15+ pre-scheduled appointments weekly with a guaranteed $60,000 base. Leads provided, appointments set — show up, build trust, close.
Full-cycle in-home closing role for experienced, licensed sales pros. Schedule runs Mon–Fri around appointments, typically 9 AM through your last visit. Travel stays local, max 2-hour radius.
What You'll Do

Compensation
- $60,000 guaranteed base, paid 1st and 15th monthly, regardless of production
- Uncapped commission and performance incentives on top
- New reps: $100,000–$120,000/year estimated
- Top producers: $180,000+/year

Who We're Looking For
- Active life insurance license required
- Strong one-call-close experience
- Outside or in-home sales background preferred
- Self-motivated, comfortable with high appointment volume
- Reliable vehicle, phone, and iPad required
- Must pass background check
