What You'll Do:
- Safely operate company vehicles, following all traffic laws and safety procedures
- Plan and run efficient routes for on-time delivery
- Load, unload, and handle packages with care
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain confirmations when required
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and flag any maintenance or safety issues
- Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and team members
- Resolve delivery concerns calmly and professionally
What You Bring (Required):
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Clean background check - no felony convictions
- Ability to pass a drug screening (where applicable)
- Strong customer service skills
- Sharp organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability
- Ability to lift and move heavy packages safely
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
Prior delivery or commercial driving experience is a strong plus - not required.
