Position Summary
As a Textile Restoration Associate (Tagger), you’ll play an essential role in the restoration process by carefully inspecting, identifying, documenting, and preparing customers’ belongings for cleaning and restoration.
This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. No prior restoration experience is required—we provide paid training.
What You’ll Do
- Receive and inspect incoming garments, linens, shoes, handbags, and household textiles.
- Identify item types, materials, colors, brands, and special care requirements.
- Accurately enter item information into the company inventory system.
- Apply identification tags carefully to protect customer belongings.
- Route items to the correct restoration process, including wash, dry cleaning, hand cleaning, or specialty restoration.
- Verify accuracy throughout the production process.
- Maintain organized workstations and inventory.
- Meet daily production and quality expectations.
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to deliver exceptional customer service.

Schedule
Full-Time
Monday–Friday
Occasional overtime based on business needs.
