Job Summary
We are looking for a highly creative, organized, motivated and capable Social Media & Content Creator to lead the online presence for all of our production facilities and our locations/concepts. You will be responsible for bringing our brands to life through engaging photo, video, and written content. You’ll spend time both at our home base, and on-site at our various venues (including our mobile taproom/cocktail bar), capturing the pulse of our communities, and keeping our entire portfolio connected, while maintaining and promoting the unique characteristics of each.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality photos and short-form video highlighting our beer, spirits, and venues. You will be responsible for creating/timing campaigns between our production facilities (brewery and distillery) and our venues, and where appropriate cross-promoting our venues to each other.
- Account Management: Oversee day-to-day management, scheduling, and community engagement across all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business, etc.).
- Location Coverage: Create and execute localized content strategies for both our production facilities and our 7 unique venues/concepts, ensuring each location's specific vibe is captured and shared/promoted.
- Event Promotion: Actively promote new beer/spirit releases, live music, food trucks, trivia nights, events, and our availability to host private events at our venues and through our mobile taproom/cocktail bar.
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments, direct messages, and reviews, fostering an active and welcoming online community.
- Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to continuously optimize reach and engagement. Periodically present/report this data to our exec committee.
- Campaigns: Develop campaign proposals for both production facilities (brewery and distillery), all 5 brick and mortar venues, our mobile taproom/cocktail-bar, and our online store. Periodically present these to our exec committee.
Qualifications
Must have training, experience, and/or education and otherwise be able to demonstrate strong ability in social media content creation, management, digital marketing. (Experience in the craft beverage, restaurant, or hospitality industry is a plus but not required - being able to demonstrate ability, motivation, and work ethic matters more than specific experience in our industry).
- A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality photography, video, and copy writing skills across all social media platforms.
- Proficiency with social media/marketing scheduling and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Later, etc).
- Must be willing and able to travel between our 7 Springfield-area locations/concepts as needed to gather content.
- A deep passion for craft beer, spirits, and the community created by hospitality through our 7 venues/concepts is very much encouraged.
- Highly organized, efficient, productive, proactive - with the ability to manage multiple venues and deadlines in a sometimes fast-paced environment.
- You will also be responsible for in-house graphics: menus, table toppers, posters (events, new product releases, menus, etc, etc), signs, event pamphlets - really the entire gambit of promotional material - including the creation of coupons, etc.
- You will also be responsible for communicating with our website folks to keep new and engaging content being added by them to our websites.
- You will, be the center of this marketing effort - not just capturing the essence of both our production facilities and all our venues/concepts but creating a program that marries them together - with the timing of new releases from production, to new menus, concepts, events at the portfolio of venues/concepts.
- You will need to be high energy, detail orientated, productive, efficient, structured but also creative, imaginative, original, and dynamic.
Schedule:
- This role must include work during our peak times - which will inherently include Fridays/Saturdays evenings, Sundays and whenever a particular event or occasion of note is occurring. Flexibility to cover our most fun stuff, whenever and wherever it is happening, as it is occurring - will be key. This is NOT a Mon-Fri, 8-5 job.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
