What’s in a Day’s Work?
- Greet and assist all visitors and respond to all inquiries appropriately
- Provide general service orientation to patients
- Review insurance eligibility and benefits
- Secure payment authorizations and collect co-pay
- Provide Patient Service Functions
- Manage all incoming calls and message distribution
- Schedule patients
- Maintain office and lobby appearance; ensure all office equipment is in working order
What You Bring to the Team:
- Must be 18 years or older.

High School Diploma or GED required.

Friendly and approachable personality; you love interacting with people.

1 year of previous Physical Therapy or medical front office experience highly desirable.

Dedication to providing excellent customer service in every interaction.

Work Environment:
This job operates in an outpatient clinic environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
PHYSICAL DEMAND CAPACITY:
