Responsibilities
- Act as the enthusiastic representative of our brand at events, retail locations, and community gatherings
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits
- Foster positive customer interactions by providing exceptional service and answering questions clearly and confidently
- Promote brand awareness through active participation in marketing campaigns and outreach efforts
- Assist in organizing and setting up promotional events to maximize visibility and engagement
- Collect customer feedback to help improve product offerings and marketing strategies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging and a lively brand presence across all activities
Experience
- Previous experience in marketing, event marketing, or customer service is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in public settings
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective engagement with diverse audiences
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for engaging with people and sharing information about products or brands
- Ability to adapt quickly to different environments and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
- Experience conducting product demos or sales activities is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
