What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and/or emergency response activities within an automotive location.

Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate site contacts and reporting channels.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, production-adjacent spaces, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, verifying credentials and/or visitor information in accordance with site policies and documented post instructions.

Document observations, incidents, and/or maintenance or operational concerns, and communicate clearly with site personnel, supervisors, and/or first responders when needed.
Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Loss prevention experience is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
