Responsibilities

- Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards such as GAAP, IFRS, IAS, and ASC 606 for revenue recognition.
- Manage regulatory reporting requirements and coordinate audits with external auditors to ensure transparency and accuracy.
- Develop detailed financial projection models to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Supervise treasury management activities including cash flow analysis, investment management, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Drive cost control initiatives while maintaining high standards of financial integrity and operational efficiency.
- Lead the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis to inform executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Utilize data analytics tools to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights.
- Foster a high-performing finance team through mentorship, strategic management, and professional development initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in finance leadership roles such as Finance Director or CFO within diverse industries; non-profit experience is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of accounting principles including GAAP, IFRS, IAS, and industry-specific regulations such as ASC 606.
- Strong expertise in corporate accounting, governmental accounting, risk analysis, regulatory reporting, and cost management.
- Demonstrated ability in financial model development, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning using advanced Excel data analysis and data analytics tools.
- Proficiency with financial software systems including enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms and accounting systems.
- Excellent understanding of fiscal management practices related to profit & loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow analysis, and account reconciliation.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively while fostering collaboration.
- Strong analytical skills combined with technical proficiency in financial concepts and industry knowledge of financial markets regulation.
- Effective communication skills for preparing comprehensive financial reports and interpreting complex data for diverse audiences.

Pay: $110,831.98 - $333,475.08 per year
