Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Counter Sales Representative with knowledge of plumbing, well, and irrigation products. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding customer service, assist contractors and homeowners with product selection, prepare quotes, process orders, and help grow customer relationships.
Responsibilities
· Assist customers at the sales counter with product selection and technical support.
· Prepare quotes, sales orders, and invoices.
· Answer phone inquiries and provide product information.
· Maintain accurate inventory knowledge.
· Build strong relationships with contractors, builders, and service professionals.
· Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
· Minimum 2 years of counter sales experience in plumbing, well, irrigation, or wholesale supply.
· Strong product knowledge of plumbing, well, and irrigation systems.
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Computer experience with sales order entry systems preferred.
