Job Overview:
The Mobile Service Manager will oversee and direct the Mobile Service Team, which includes Onsite Service Coordinators, Pick-up & Delivery Coordinators, Service Advisors, and Technicians. This role involves managing communication between the team and customers throughout the repair and maintenance process, ensuring that all updates are accurate, timely, and clear. The Mobile Service Manager listens to both customers and team members to fully understand service needs, set realistic expectations, and stay on top of repair progress and special orders. The manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining an efficient, well-run department.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide the Mobile Service Team to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Facilitate clear and effective communication between the team and customers throughout the service process.
Listen to customer and advisor feedback to fully assess needs and manage service expectations.
Ensure the team is informed and on track with the status of repairs, maintenance, and special orders.
Maintain a well-organized and efficient service department.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Minimum of two years of dealership or large facility service experience preferred.
Knowledge of Ford Mobile Service Structure is a plus.
Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
Positive attitude, ability to remain calm under pressure, and a commitment to providing world-class customer service.
