Salary: Starting at $50,000/year + Commission + Bonuses

What You'll Do
As a Construction Estimator, you'll work directly with commercial customers to identify project needs and provide solutions that improve their properties.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting with commercial customers and property managers
- Visiting project sites to gather measurements and evaluate conditions
- Reviewing plans, drawings, and project specifications
- Preparing professional estimates and proposals
- Building strong customer relationships
- Following up on leads and managing opportunities
- Working closely with operations to help ensure successful project execution
- Achieving sales and performance goals
This position offers a combination of office work, field visits, customer interaction, and problem solving, no two days are the same.
