Launch Entertainment is seeking a dynamic and organized KRAVE Supervisor / Manager to oversee our food and beverage operations. As a KRAVE Supervisor, your attitude directly shapes how our guests perceive their entire experience. You will act as the vital link between our floor staff and management, ensuring our kitchen and seating areas run smoothly, safely, and efficiently while leading a team of dedicated KRAVE Associates.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Communication
- Oversee all daily functions and performance of the KRAVE restaurant staff.
- Act as the primary bridge of communication between KRAVE staff and upper management.
- Manage and execute staff break schedules provided by the Assistant Manager.
Guest Relations & Operations
- Enthusiastically resolve guest complaints and restaurant issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist with and oversee daily opening and closing duties.
- Perform weekly KRAVE maintenance checklists and report any operational or facility issues to the Assistant Manager
Food Safety, Inventory & Quality Control
- Ensure strict adherence to all local health department rules, regulations, company protocols, and food safety policies.
- Receive food/beverage deliveries, verifying proper storage and temperatures.
- Strictly enforce inventory rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out) regulations.
- Accurately date all food upon delivery, and re-date items appropriately when transferring from the freezer to the refrigerator.
- Conduct regular temperature checks on freezers/refrigerators, promptly reporting any variances.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages of food, beverage, or cleaning products to management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certification: Must maintain an up-to-date, valid ServSafe Certification (or equivalent food manager certification).
- Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant supervisory, team lead, or management role is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Demeanor: Maintains a clean-cut, professional image and a friendly, courteous attitude at all times.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to support park operations.
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
