The construction support manager is responsible for material ordering, project preparation, inventory tracking, and facility organization.
Responsibilities
- Order materials for upcoming projects.
- Layout project materials for maximum crew efficiency.
- Tracking of materials and inventory.
- Tracking of fleet vehicle and equipment maintenance.
- Driving and delivering of materials.
Skills
1. High level of organization and time management.
2. Ability to order materials for projects.
3. Ability to track inventory levels.
4. Ability to maintain and organize facility for efficient function.
5. Attention to detail.
6. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
7. Ability to have concise and clear in-person, email, and phone conversations regarding material specifications and equipment use.
8. Ability to pass a background check and valid driver’s license.
9. Ability to drive a pick-up truck with a trailer.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
