Job Description
Reporting to Production Manager
? Ensure to wear safety gear including mask
? Ensure that the same type of food items is stored together.
? Count and record ingredients on the ordering list.
? Make sure that food items Ingredients are stored and rotated properly
? Participate in packaging and assembling pickle items if necessary.
? Prepare brine accordance to recipes and procedures without running out.
? Ensure that food products are processes and prepared by following standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
? Perform preventative and general maintenance on food production equipment
? Clean equipment (brine tanks) and floors to ensure a safe working environment
? Perform duties on the production lines by checking the brine when ready to be used in production with proper tools, salometer, pH meters.
? Label packages Ingredients appropriately
? Monitor quality and quantity of pickle ingredients.
? Keeping tanks/scales and utensils dirt free at all times.
? When problems happen with the flow meters, report the fault to a manager or maintenance.
