You'll work alongside teachers and a supportive special-education team to help elementary students build daily-living, communication, and social skills and grow more independent. - Assist with personal-care needs as part of a life-skills curriculum
- Use positive behavior support and de-escalation strategies

- Patience, reliability, and a team-first attitude
- Ability to pass a background check, fingerprinting, and required school clearances
- CPR/First Aid, CPI, ABA/RBT, or BHP experience a plus (not required)
Why you'll love it
