Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair domestic and import vehicles at customer locations
- Perform routine maintenance and mechanical repairs
- Diagnose electrical, starting, charging, drivability, and engine performance concerns
- Clearly communicate repair recommendations with dispatch and customers
- Complete repair documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized company service vehicle
- Represent Harton Mobile Mechanics professionally on every service call
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through quality workmanship and communication
Qualifications
- Professional automotive repair experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, professional, and motivated
ASE Certifications are a plus but not required.
