Looking for a full-time Customer Service & Logistics Support Representative to work for an established Industrial Distribution company in Hilliard, Ohio. We are looking for someone who can grow into the position and build skills to support and grow our business. The right person would be egger to learn and grow has lots of upside potential for advancement in our organization.
Duties would include:
Order entry
Following up with customers
Working with suppliers
Handle customer inquiries.
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products
What we are looking for:
Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
Someone with customer service experience.
Strong computer skills a must
Detail oriented person / technical in nature
Needs to have strong number skills
Be able to build relationships with existing customer base and support sales staff.
Must be organized and orderly
Self-starter that thrives without lots of supervision
Someone who looks for better ways to do things.
