We are looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated Digital Marketing & Website Specialist to manage and grow our online presence.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys content creation, digital marketing, website management, and SEO while working with an innovative technology company.
Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage the company's LinkedIn, Facebook and Youtube pages.
- Create engaging content, including graphics, photos, videos, and written posts.
- Publish at least one post each business day.
- Grow our social media followers through organic marketing strategies.
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages when appropriate.
- Promote new products, customer projects, company news, trade shows, and events.
Website Management & SEO
- Maintain and update the company website.
- Add new products, project photos, blogs, and landing pages as needed.
- Continuously improve the website's SEO to increase search rankings and organic traffic.
- Monitor website performance and recommend improvements.
- Keep website content accurate and up to date.
Google Business Profile Management
- Manage and optimize our Google Business Profile.
- Upload new photos, products, and company updates.
- Respond professionally to customer reviews.
- Develop strategies to increase legitimate five-star customer reviews.
- Improve our visibility in local Google search results.
Marketing Support
- Attend our Addison office approximately one full workday each week (about 8 hours) for meetings, photography, videography, and collaboration with our sales team.
- Create marketing materials for new products and trade shows.
- Assist with customer success stories, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
- Provide a brief biweekly summary of completed work and upcoming priorities.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or SEO.
- Experience managing LinkedIn and Facebook business pages.
- Experience maintaining WordPress websites or similar CMS platforms.
- Good understanding of SEO best practices.
- Experience managing Google Business Profile.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar graphic design software.
- Basic photography, videography, and photo/video editing skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Experience marketing B2B products or technology companies.
- Experience creating marketing content for trade shows and product launches.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT for content creation.

Compensation
- Fixed compensation of $1,440 per month
