Positions Available
1. Cooks & Fryers
- The Role: Season, hand-bread, and deep-fry our world-famous Louisiana-style chicken, tenders, and sides.
- Responsibilities: Operate commercial deep fryers safely, maintain flour sifting tables, wash kitchen dishes/utensils, and follow strict food safety guidelines.
- Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old (required to operate commercial deep fryers). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
2. Guest Service & Cashiers
- The Role: Greet guests with a smile, take accurate orders, and deliver lightning-fast service.
- Responsibilities: Handle cash/card registers, run the drive-thru window, package hot food orders quickly, and keep the dining room and counter completely spotless.
- Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Friendly attitude and good communication skills.
