About the Role
Centex Shine is looking for a motivated, self-driven Fleet Sales Representative to grow our commercial fleet washing business across Texas. Your focus will be building long-term relationships with companies that operate fleets of trucks, trailers, buses, delivery vehicles, construction equipment, and other commercial vehicles.
This is a business-to-business (B2B) outside sales position focused on selling recurring fleet washing contracts that generate monthly recurring revenue.
If you’re someone who enjoys prospecting, closing deals, and earning uncapped commissions, this is an opportunity to build a six-figure income while helping grow one of Texas’ premier fleet washing companies.
Compensation
- $50,000 annual base salary
- 10% commission on the first month of every new recurring account
- 5% recurring commission for the first 12 months on every account you bring in
- Uncapped earning potential

Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new commercial accounts
- Visit businesses throughout your assigned territory
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
- Build relationships with fleet managers, operations managers, transportation companies, municipalities, contractors, dealerships, and logistics companies
- Prepare quotes and close recurring service agreements
- Maintain customer relationships to ensure long-term retention
- Track sales activity using our CRM
- Wash DEMO's for potential customers on their site
Ideal Candidate
- Outside sales experience preferred
- B2B sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and door-to-door prospecting
- Self-motivated with excellent time management
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willing to travel throughout Texas as needed
