The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through final closeout.
- Establish and maintain project budgets, timelines, and scopes of work.
- Direct project planning, coordination, and execution alongside internal teams and external partners.
- Act as the main liaison for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Oversee contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and procurement activities.
- Track project performance and address challenges proactively to keep schedules and quality on track.
- Facilitate project meetings and deliver consistent progress updates to stakeholders.
- Guide and mentor junior project managers and project support staff.
- Partner with field teams to maintain strong communication and efficient project execution.
