We are a small, fast-paced e-commerce fulfillment company with a tight-knit warehouse team. We currently have a small crew, so every person matters. This is a hands-on role where you will support our Warehouse Manager and help keep daily warehouse operations moving accurately, efficiently, and on time.
This is not a desk-only position. We need someone who is willing to work on the floor, help the team, solve problems, count inventory accurately, and take pride in doing the job right.
We are looking for one serious, reliable, hard-working person who wants to become an important part of a growing company.
Responsibilities
- Support the Warehouse Manager with daily warehouse operations.
- Pick, pack, ship, receive, organize, and count inventory.
- Help make sure orders are shipped accurately and on time.
- Accurately account for inventory and help prevent mistakes.
- Keep warehouse areas clean, neat, and organized.
- Help guide, train, and support other warehouse employees when needed.
- Identify problems and help solve them quickly.
- Use warehouse systems, scanners, shipping software, and basic computer tools.
- Operate pallet jacks, carts, and forklift equipment as needed.
- Help improve warehouse workflow, organization, and productivity.
- Step in wherever needed to keep the warehouse running smoothly.
Requirements
- Warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or fulfillment experience.
- 3+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Accurate and detail-oriented with inventory.
- Able to work with your hands and stay active throughout the day.
- Takes pride in quality of work.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Able to lift over 50 lbs.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Able to work overtime when workload requires.
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team environment.
- Drug-free workplace.
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset.
- Must be able to communicate clearly in English.
Schedule
- Full-time
- 36–45 hours per week depending on workload
- Overtime may be required
- In-person position only
- No remote work

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
