Oversee all daily store operations to achieve established business goals

Recruit, select, and retain qualified team members to ensure optimal staffing

Minimum of 2 years of previous Store Manager experience in retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environments

Ability to work 42 hours per week, including 2 nights and rotating weekends
