Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

We are currently hiring an RBT to join our team of professionals. We value supervision, especially for our candidates who are striving to become BCBA's, and offer an immense number of supervision hours per week. Daily Responsibilities:
- Implement child specific Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs as written by the Behavior Analyst, which include:
- Providing 1:1 and small group behavior intervention
- Daily data collection
Qualifications:
- RBT Certification (optional to start)
- ABA experience (optional)
- A willingness to see each child we serve as a unique individual
- Articulate, professional demeanor with parents/caregivers
- Comfortable working independently and within a team
- CPR certification and background check required upon hire
