Job Description
We are immediately hiring experienced Dump Truck Drivers for local hauling work in the Charlotte metro area. We offer flexible opportunities in Full-Time, Part-Time, and Temporary positions.
Pay & Incentives
- $20–$25 per hour (based on experience and truck type)
- Most drivers average $900 – $1,300+ per week depending on hours
- Quarterly performance bonuses
Pay rate is based on your demonstrated skills and experience.
Responsibilities
- Safely haul dirt, gravel, sand, stone, asphalt, and other materials on local routes
- Work on residential and commercial construction job sites
- Perform daily pre-trip inspections and basic truck maintenance
- Maintain professional and safety-focused attitude at all times
- Home every night – no over-the-road hauling
Requirements
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable dump truck driving experience
- Experience will be verified through a road performance evaluation and knowledge test
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Reliable, safety-minded, and punctual
- Basic knowledge and proper care of equipment
