Corporate Cleaning Group, a leader in the sanitary cleaning market, is seeking a WORKING Supervisor to support cleaning services at multiple buildings in the Columbia and Jefferson City areas.
Must be able to handle multiple priorities and provide solid direction for remote teams.
As the Area Supervisor you will be required to travel between multiple locations daily, with paid travel time. Most locations are within the Jefferson City metro areas; other locations in rural areas within a 30-60 minute drive and regular trips to Columbia may also be required.
You will learn the cleaning runs at multiple buildings, support and cover for Day & Night Manager, support and cover for building leads, ensure inspection feedback is addressed, inspect buildings, order and deliver supplies, train/retrain employees, respond to urgent requests from the customer, interact with facilities management and clean nightly. This is a working supervisor position, requiring 4-5 hours cleaning nightly plus leadership responsibilities.
MUST HAVE YOUR OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION to travel between buildings and maintain a working cell phone.

Your ability to prioritize and respond to daily requests with the proper sense of urgency will help in your team's success.
The work schedule will require working Mon. - Fri. and occasional on-call weekends.
The typical hours will be 6-8 hours nightly between 3pm-12am, depending on coverage demands. Schedule can be somewhat flexible based on personal, and company needs.
May be required to attend leadership training conferences in Kansas City 2 times per year.

Job Type: 30-40 hours per week
Salary: $17.00-20 /hour to start with regular reviews
Hours: Can be somewhat flexible and with overtime as required.
