Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary School Teacher to join our educational team. As an Elementary School Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young students and helping them grow academically and socially. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, excellent classroom management skills, and a genuine interest in working with children. Must hold a state teacher certification or be working towards one. Experiences with the Catholic faith is preferred.
Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with state standards to meet the educational needs of students.
- Teach a range of subjects to students, including reading, writing, mathematics, science, and social studies.
- Conduct assessments to identify areas of student strength and weakness and inform instruction.
- Use standardized testing to evaluate student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
- Provide individualized support to students with special needs, including autism and other learning disabilities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement early intervention strategies.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters social, emotional, and academic growth.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with parents regularly.
- Write detailed progress reports and recommendations for student advancement.
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment that promotes student learning and well-being.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33,000.00 - $34,000.00 per year
